This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to only as “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) applicable to the use of the content, products, and services offered through www.mro-pss.com (hereinafter, “WEBSITE”), owned by Precision Sourcing Solutions Inc. (hereinafter, “OWNER”), whose registered address is located in Baja California at the following address: Blvd. Garita de Otay, sn, Col. Garita de Otay, C.P. 22430 Tijuana, B.C.

Any person wishing to access or make use of the site or the services offered therein may do so subject to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as the policies and principles incorporated into this document. III. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION ON THE WEBSITE

The relationship between the USER and Precision Sourcing Solutions Inc. shall be governed by the legislation in force in Mexico, specifically in Baja California. Should any controversy arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties shall submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the courts corresponding in accordance with the law in the aforementioned state.
